Appointment cancellation policy
Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to retain the $50 deposit. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule to maintain the efficiency of our services. We encourage clients to contact INKGLAMBEAUTY MedSpa promptly if any changes are necessary. Your cooperation is vital in ensuring that we can serve all clients effectively.
